Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Visit Pennsylvania 2026 Prize Draw. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The prize is offered by Visit Pennsylvania.
Important: Prize flights will depart from and return to a designated London airport only. Travel to and from that London airport is not included and will be the responsibility of the winner and guest.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Visit Pennsylvania (the Promoter).
The Prize Draw is being administered on behalf of the Promoter by Ardmore Group, Ardmore House, Kinnegar Drive, Holywood, Northern Ireland, BT18 9JQ (the Administrator).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, comprising England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The winner’s guest must also be aged 18 years or over by the date of travel.
2.3 Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter, the Administrator and any supplier, agency or organisation directly involved in administering the Prize Draw or providing the prize may not enter. Their immediate family members and members of their households are also ineligible.
2.4 Proof of age, identity and UK residency may be required before the winner is confirmed. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the requested timeframe may result in disqualification.
2.5 No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.6 The winner and guest must travel from and return to London airport selected by the Promoter. Travel to and from that London airport, including domestic flights, rail travel, road travel, parking and any overnight accommodation required in London, is not included in the prize and must be arranged and paid for by the winner and guest.
2.7 The winner and guest must be available to travel between 1 January and 31 December 2027. This is a condition of eligibility and should be taken into account before entering.
3. Entry Period
3.1 The Prize Draw opens at 9.00 am on Monday 5 October 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm on Monday 12 October 2026. All times are UK local time.
3.2 Entries submitted before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
3.3 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are delayed, corrupted, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical problems, network failure, equipment failure or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
a. access the official competition entry page through the link or QR code provided as part of the Visit Pennsylvania activation;
b. complete the digital interactive question; and
c. submit the official entry form with their full name, valid email address, telephone number, confirmation of age and confirmation of UK residency.
4.2 Only fully completed entries submitted through the official entry route will be accepted.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone attempting to submit multiple entries using different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities or automated entry systems may have all associated entries disqualified.
4.4 Entries made by third parties, organised groups, agents, macros, bots, scripts or other automated methods are not permitted.
4.5 The Promoter may disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, contrary to these Terms and Conditions or otherwise intended to manipulate the Prize Draw.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one prize available.
5.2 The prize is a five-night stay holiday for two people to Pennsylvania, including 4-star accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, return economy flights from and back to a designated London airport, and private transfers in Pennsylvania to and from the airport where included within the confirmed itinerary. No travel to or from the designated London airport is included. Flights included will be from London only.
5.3 Flights will depart from and return to a London airport selected by the Promoter. The winner and guest are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements to and from that airport.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
5.5 The prize is subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel and accommodation providers. If the advertised prize, or any material element of it, becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
5.6 The prize must be taken between 1 January and 31 December 2027 and remains subject to availability and any applicable provider booking restrictions or blackout dates.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
6.2 Where a correct answer to the digital interactive question is required, the draw will be made from all valid entries containing the correct answer.
6.3 The draw will take place within seven days of the closing date and will be conducted using a verifiably random process under the supervision of the Promoter.
6.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries and the result of the draw is final. This does not affect an entrant’s statutory rights.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
7.1 The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry within seven days of the draw.
7.2 The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the provisional winner during the seven-day response period using the contact details supplied upon entry, including reasonable follow-up attempts by email and/or telephone. The provisional winner must respond within seven days of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange the prize.
7.3 The requirement to respond within seven days is a condition of claiming the prize and should be taken into account before entering.
7.4 If the provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, does not respond within seven days, cannot provide satisfactory proof of identity, age or UK residency, is unable to travel during the period stated in clause 5.6, does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or declines the prize, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
7.5 The prize will not be confirmed until the Promoter has completed all eligibility and verification checks.
7.6 The winner and guest may be required to provide their full legal names, dates of birth, passport details and other information required by the travel providers. They must provide this information accurately and within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
8. Winner Information and Publicity
8.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available the winner’s surname and county for the purpose of demonstrating that a valid award has taken place.
8.2 Entrants may object to their surname or county being published, or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter must still provide the winner’s details and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested to do so.
8.3 The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and the resulting trip. Any additional use of the winner’s image, interview, testimonial or other personal information for publicity will be discussed with the winner and handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
8.4 Participation in additional publicity is not a condition of entering the Prize Draw unless expressly agreed with the winner.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and the privacy notice available at winatriptopa.com/privacy-policy/.
9.2 Personal information will be used to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, contact the provisional winner, arrange and fulfil the prize, prevent fraud or misuse and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
9.3 Personal information will be shared only where necessary with the Administrator, prize suppliers, travel providers, accommodation providers, ticket providers and other parties that need the information to administer the Prize Draw or fulfil the prize.
9.4 Some prize suppliers may be located in the United States. Before making any restricted transfer of personal information outside the United Kingdom, the relevant data controller will ensure that the transfer is permitted under UK data protection law and that any required transfer mechanism, data protection test and additional safeguards are in place.
9.5 Entry into the Prize Draw is not conditional upon agreeing to receive marketing communications.
9.6 Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications, that consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting the relevant organisation.
9.7 Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw, fulfil the prize and meet any applicable legal, audit or regulatory requirements.
10. Cancellation Suspension and Changes
10.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, security concerns, changes to travel restrictions or supplier failure.
10.2 The Promoter will only amend these Terms and Conditions in exceptional circumstances. Any amendment will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered.
10.3 Any necessary change will be communicated through the Competition microsite or other appropriate channels as soon as reasonably practicable.
10.4 If the integrity or fair operation of the Prize Draw is affected, the Promoter may take any reasonable steps necessary to restore fairness, including excluding affected entries or conducting a replacement draw.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, the Promoter is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the entrant accepted these Terms and Conditions; losses that were not caused by a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Promoter; business losses, loss of income or loss of opportunity; the acts, omissions, cancellations or delays of airlines, hotels, venues, transport providers, sporting organisations or other independent suppliers; or a winner or guest being unable to travel because of passport, immigration, health, insurance or personal circumstances.
11.3 Entrants retain all rights available to them under applicable consumer law.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter may require entrants to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
12.3 A failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions does not waive that right.
12.4 This Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
